About the event
Join us at the KQT-DC event on 11/22 and 11/23/2024 for our annual Kimjang at Kate & HK's house in Arlington VA! We'll be making Kimchi and Mandu together, so don't forget to bring your own container and gloves to fully engage in the process.
On Friday, 11/22 at 6 pm, we will gather to salt the cabbage. On Saturday, 11/23 at 12 noon, we will wash the cabbage, prepare stuffing, and make Kimchi. We will also prepare mandu stuffing, and make mandu together.
As a community-driven event, we welcome donations for participation! We will provide you lunch, but you are welcome to bring any dishes to share. Please note that this event is exclusively for members of the Korean community and their significant others. Come and share in the joy of creating these traditional Korean dishes with us!
